New Workout Routine

So, for about two years now, I've been weight lifting. I started with information from a site called www.Exrx.net. Then I went out and bought a book on HIT training. Bought another book called Maximum Muscle Plan, by Men's Health. Been steadily training and learning, getting a bit buffer. Now I found another weight site, http://www.bodybuilding.com. I'm starting up the HST program, which offers "limitless growth." It promotes a lot of ideas that I learned in HIT. I'll try to document how it works for me.


I'm throwing this information here because lifting has been a positive experience, and I feel, if someone had given me good resources earlier on, I'd have been a lot further along.
